Slett kontoen din

Du kan slette kontoen selv i appen, på Mac, iPhone og Android.
Uten appen skriver du til oss fra e-posten du logger inn med. Vi sletter kontoen innen 30 dager.
Det som bare er ditt, slettes. Arbeid du har gjort i et team som noen andre eier, blir hos dem.

1. I appen

På Mac

Åpne Innstillinger (⌘,) og velg Profil. Under «Logg ut» står Slett konto.

På iPhone og Android

Trykk på navnet på workspacet øverst på Hjem, under hilsenen. Bla helt ned og trykk Slett konto under «Logg ut». På iPad ligger workspace-navnet øverst i sidemenyen.

Slik bekrefter du

Appen viser først hva som skjer med akkurat din konto.
Eier du et workspace der andre er med, gir du det først videre med «Gjør til eier», eller velger å slette hele workspacet.
Trykk «Slett kontoen min». Vi sender en sekssifret kode til e-posten din. Skriv den inn i appen. Koden gjelder i 15 minutter.
Har du laget kontoen med Apple, bekrefter du med Apple i stedet for en kode. Det gjør du fra en iPhone eller iPad.
Du får en kvittering på e-post når kontoen er slettet. Det kan ikke angres.

2. Uten appen

Send en e-post til hello (at) sommersethdesign.no fra adressen du logger inn med, og skriv at du vil slette kontoen. Vi svarer for å bekrefte, og sletter kontoen innen 30 dager. Eier du et workspace der andre er med, spør vi først om noen skal overta det.

3. Dette slettes

Innloggingen din: e-postadressen og koblingen til Google eller Apple. Du logges ut på alle enheter.
Profilen din: bilde, tittel og bio.
Personlige kort (Personlig): titler, tekst, deloppgaver, kommentarer og filer.
«Bare meg»-notatene dine.
Det som bare gjelder deg: reaksjonene dine i chatten, sjekklisten din og varslene dine.
E-postlister: plassen din på ventelisten og adressen din hos Brevo.
Workspaces bare du eier: hele workspacet slettes, med kunder, kort, timer, filer, tilbud, notater og designmanualer. Er andre med i teamet, får de beskjed på e-post.

4. Dette blir igjen

Arbeid i et team som noen andre eier. Kortene, timene, kommentarene og chatmeldingene dine blir hos firmaet, så prosjektene og regnskapet deres er hele. De vises med navnet ditt, men uten e-post og bilde, og navnet kan ikke brukes til å logge inn igjen.
Kunder merket «Bare meg» i et slikt team gis til teamet, fordi de kan inneholde firmaets arbeid.
En timer som går, stoppes. Timene blir hos firmaet.
Timer på personlige kort blir stående som tall, uten tekst, på tomme kort som ingen kan se.
På enhetene dine kan en kopi ligge igjen til du sletter appen. Sikkerhetskopier du selv har laget i appen, ligger der du la dem.

5. Sikkerhetskopier

Supabase tar daglige sikkerhetskopier av databasen. Det som er slettet, kan ligge i dem en kort stund. De forsvinner etter inntil 7 dager.

In short

You can delete your account yourself in the app, on Mac, iPhone and Android.
Without the app, write to us from the email address you sign in with. We delete the account within 30 days.
What is only yours is deleted. Work you have done in a team someone else owns stays with them.

1. In the app

On Mac

Open Settings (⌘,) and choose Profile. Under «Sign out» you find Delete account.

On iPhone and Android

Tap the workspace name at the top of Home, under the greeting. Scroll all the way down and tap Delete account under «Sign out». On iPad the workspace name is at the top of the sidebar.

How you confirm

The app first shows what happens to your account in particular.
If you own a workspace with other people in it, you first hand it over with «Make owner», or choose to delete the whole workspace.
Tap «Delete my account». We send a six-digit code to your email. Enter it in the app. The code is valid for 15 minutes.
If you made the account with Apple, you confirm with Apple instead of a code. You do this from an iPhone or iPad.
You get a receipt by email when the account is deleted. It cannot be undone.

2. Without the app

Send an email to hello (at) sommersethdesign.no from the address you sign in with, and say that you want your account deleted. We reply to confirm, and delete the account within 30 days. If you own a workspace with other people in it, we first ask whether someone should take it over.

3. What is deleted

Your login: your email address and the link to Google or Apple. You are signed out on all devices.
Your profile: photo, title and bio.
Personal cards (Personal): titles, text, subtasks, comments and files.
Your private («Only me») notes.
What concerns only you: your chat reactions, your checklist and your notifications.
Mailing lists: your place on the waiting list and your address at Brevo.
Workspaces only you own: the whole workspace is deleted, with clients, cards, hours, files, proposals, notes and brand manuals. If other people are in the team, they are told by email.

4. What stays

Work in a team someone else owns. Your cards, hours, comments and chat messages stay with the company, so their projects and accounts are complete. They show your name, but no email or photo, and the name can never be used to sign in again.
Clients marked «Only me» in such a team are handed to the team, because they may hold the company's work.
A running timer is stopped. The hours stay with the company.
Hours on personal cards remain as numbers, without any text, on empty cards nobody can see.
On your devices a copy may remain until you delete the app. Backups you made yourself in the app stay where you put them.

5. Backups

Supabase makes daily backups of the database. What has been deleted may remain in them for a short while. They expire after up to 7 days.
