PixelTask is the app that keeps hours, cards and clients in one calm place, made for freelancers and small agencies.
PixelTask brings time tracking, tasks and clients together in one app for Mac, iPhone and Android. Clients get their own page where they comment directly on the file and approve, and proposals are sent as a link the client accepts with a code. Made by a design studio that needed it itself.
PixelTask is an app for time tracking, tasks and clients, made for freelancers and smaller agencies who want everything in one calm place. Hours are logged on cards, cards live on a board per client, and what has been invoiced is marked. Clients get their own page in the browser where they see files, comment directly on the image and approve versions, without creating an account. Proposals are written in the app and sent as a link the client accepts with a code by e-mail. Each client can also have a brand manual with logo, colours and typography, shared with one link.
The app runs on Mac, iPhone and Android, in Norwegian, English, German, Italian, Spanish and French. It is made by Sommerseth Design, a small design studio in Drøbak that has worked for clients since 2007 and needed a tool that did not outgrow the team. PixelTask is used daily by the studio and opens to more people in batches from the waiting list. Pricing will be announced at launch.

Tom has worked in design and communication for more than 25 years and founded Sommerseth Design. A full-stack designer focused on art direction, visual identity and UI/UX, and among the first in Norway to be Webflow certified. At PixelTask he leads product and design.

Malin has more than 20 years in visual communication and is a partner at Sommerseth Design. She specialises in bringing order to complex content and making it clear, and works mainly in editorial design. At PixelTask she uses the tool every day and shapes how it works for a small studio.
