Is PixelTask an alternative to Notion?
For running a small design studio, yes: hours, tasks, proposals and brand manuals are built in. For a wiki and docs, Notion is still a good choice, and many use both.
Does Notion have time tracking?
No. Notion has no time tracking (as of October 2026). In PixelTask the timer is part of every card, with timesheets and invoice basis as PDF.
Can I bring our brand manual from Notion?
You add logos, colours, fonts and text in Brand manual, and can paste text from your Notion pages.
